First full week of reps at 10pBergen, done! 🥰💯 After one and a half year of downtime, the mats are finally coming alive again ❤️ Sooo good to see all the stupid faces again, just been a week of BIG fat smiles and really good vibes 😎🔥 Almost like the downtime never happened. More and more new people have been in for their trial week, some discovering Jiu Jitsu for the first time, and some returning to old grounds.. because.. Jiu Jitsu is so incredibly fun and addictive! What? I can learn how to choke people unconscious and break their limbs against their will? Like for real? Yes and yes.. Just show up to the mats and give it time, it’s a bumpy road, but well worth it once your game starts developing 💯🔥 I predict we will be back up and running full steam ahead again fairly soon, but we start off slow and “relaxed” to get everyone back to normal baseline.
